Mental health services available to students 

Services offered AT Berlin Universities


(Doctoral) students of the Berlin University Alliance (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Freie Universität Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin) can use all of the services outlined below. 


Berlin University Alliance

  • Mental health and resilience: 2-day online workshop. The focus will be on strategies to strengthen psychological stamina and resilience in situations of crisis with the goal of prevention. 
    • 4 groups = 2 German & 2 English
    • 4 assignments over the course of four weeks and 30 min "online-huddle" to connect and to reflect on the assignments
    • 1/2 day follow-up after 4 weeks
